Apply for New Service
Apply online to set up new service. Please allow two (2) business days to process your application and create your account. Upon receipt of payment, your water service will begin within one (1) business day.
Pay Online
Our online payment system allows you to initiate a payment to be processed and posted to your account within 24 hours. After creating an online account, you can select your payment method, sign up for e-mail notifications, view your account information (billing, usage, payment, etc.), and more. By utilizing these online tools, you can ensure your bill is always paid on-time.
Report a Problem
Report non-emergency issues such as water leaks or waste and quality issues. To report water or sewer related emergencies, such as a water main break, fire hydrant or water service line issue, sewer overflow or backup, call us immediately.
